• The three changes have been made on the old "Call for Papers“. Firstly the dead lines of abstract and full paper submission were extended respectively. In second the term of conference was extended for 1 day. In third the number of words on abstract was slightly reduced as follows. This article is made by Lux Pacifica Local Committee of Illuminating Engineering Institute of Japan (IEIJ). This article is for applicants from Japan.

Important Dates:

(1)The dead line of abstract submission is August 24, 2012.
(2)Acceptance notice will be given to the representative author by September 30, 2012.
(3)Dead line of full paper submission is November 15, 2012.

Abstract submission:

The forms of the paper submission and the abstract are attached as
"Paper_Submission_Form_Lux2013.doc" and "Template_Abstract_Lux2013". You can download them.

Those wishing to present a proposal from Japan are requested to send them to Lux Pacifica local committee in IEIJ, the e-mail address below, by August 24, 2012. Proposals should be in the form of an abstract with more than 250 and less than 1 page on A4, with sufficient information to assess the topic and with the quality of the ideas, including contact details.

Full paper:

(1)Those who are going to make presentation at Lux Pacifica 2013 are requested to submit camera-ready manuscript of full paper. Look at the template (Template_Full_Paper_Lux2013.doc). The guidance is as follows (new version after Word 2000).

(a)Paper Size: A4
(b)Number of pages: not more than 6 pages
(c)Language: English
(d)Spacing: Single space
(e)Letter: The size is appr. 10point. Style is Times New Roman.
(f)Lay-out: Double column print (See the template above)
(g)Contact details of representative author: These are put at the end of full paper. Name, affiliation, postal address, Tel, Fax and e-mail address.
(h)Write the name of the author and the short paper title on all of your pages in the header and the page numbering in the footer.

(2)Authors in Japan should send both of Word and PDF documents of full paper to the e-mail address above by November 15, 2012.

(3)After the committee reviews the full papers, some authors may have to revise their full papers, if there are comments from a reviewer. All full papers from Japan will be sent to Illuminating Engineering Association of Thailand of the host through IEIJ.
