  • Members are the members of the following organizations; this institute, the Japan Institute of Electrical Engineers, the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers of Japan, the Institute of Image Information and Television Engineers of Japan, the Information Processing Society of Japan, as well as the overseas organizations with agreements (the Illuminating Engineering Society of Northern America, the Korean Academy of Illumination Engineering and Electric Appliances, and members of the IEEE).
  • Joint researchers of a paper other than the presenter are charged the participation fee.
