In 2023, Asian Lighting Conference (ALC) will be held in Japan at the University of Tokyo, Komaba Campus. It will be held in a hybrid format that allows virtual (online) participation in addition to in-parson participation.
ALC is an international conference aimed at promoting academic exchange and technological innovation through discussion and learning among researchers, technology developers and students who are engaged in lighting in Asia. The details are shown below, so please consider participating and making a presentation.

- Venue:
ALC2023 will take place in the Komaba I Campus of the University of Tokyo. Conference rooms will be in the 21 KOMCEE building.

ALC2023 will be held in a hybrid format. Participants will be able to decide whether to attend physically or virtually - Registration fees:

- The registration fees above include access to Technical Sessions, Workshops, Ceremonies
- In-Person Participation Fee also include Banquet, Lunch, Coffee Breaks, Tour.
- General/Student Fee can submit one paper as a presenting author.
- The payment currency for the registration fee has been changed from US dollars to Japanese yen. (May 19)

Presenting authors need to submit your abstract (500 words or less) by May 11, 2023.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail by May 19, 2023. If your abstract is accepted, full paper (2 - 8 pages, odd or even numbers are accepted) is required to be submitted by July 7.? How to Submit

Payment requests will be sent to the registered e-mail address. All who wish to attend the conference, either In-Person participation or Virtual participation, must pay the registration fees through the online system within the deadline.
